Sam Bowes being presented award by Becky Weichland
Sam Bowes from the Travel Experts Raleigh support team was recently presented with an "Angel of Adoption" award by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI). The ceremony took place in D.C, and recognized Sam and his wife Robin for their extensive efforts working with the Foster Care system to permanently place 15 children with Foster Parents.
